  • Donkey Car An opensource DIY self driving platform for small scale cars (using an RC CAR, Raspberry Pi, and Python)

Learn to Code Programs for Teens & Adults

  • The Odin Project is one of those “What I wish I had when I was learning” resources. Not everyone has access to a computer science education or the funds to attend an intensive coding school and neither of those is right for everyone anyway. This project is designed to fill in the gap for people who are trying to hack it on their own but still want a high quality education.

Online Coding Schools

  • Udemy has courses in many areas of development starting at $9.99.
  • Codecademy has both free and paid options for learning.
  • Coursera has classes from top schools that you can take online.
  • Udacity offers a nanodegree – a skills-based educational credential program – in programming.
  • Lynda offers programming classes through LinkedIn Learning for a monthly fee.
